Making Objects Grabbable
Using the default Body model, we can make the object grabbable by creating a new layer (seen below) named Grabbable.
And setting the Layer property of the object to this layer (seen below).
Finally, add the VReeGrabbableObject script to the object as seen in the figure below.
The exact settings for grabbing an object can be found on the HandBehaviour script which is attached to both of the players’ wrists. The AmountOfFingersToClose field determines how many fingers need to be closed in order to grab an object, the default value is 3. The HandClosedAngle field determines how far the fingers must be bend to grab an object, the default value is 0.4.
